Cancellation Policy
This policy explains renewal, cancellation, and access behavior for Sottos subscriptions.
Recurring billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Renewal timing, plan price, and billing interval are shown during checkout and managed by Stripe.
How to cancel
You can cancel a subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
Access after cancellation
After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless the account is suspended for fraud, abuse, payment failure, or prohibited use.
Billing support
If you cannot access the billing portal, contact support with the account email and billing issue so we can help route the request.
