This policy explains how Sottos reviews refund requests for digital subscriptions and desktop access.

Refund eligibility

Sottos is a digital software subscription. Refunds are reviewed for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, checkout mistakes, and material access failures that support cannot resolve.

Payment method

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the payment network and issuing bank.

How to request a refund

Refund requests should be submitted through the contact page with the account email, charge date, plan, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify the account and charge.

Limits

Refunds are not guaranteed for completed billing periods, violation of acceptable-use rules, abuse, resale, or cases where access was available and used as expected.
